Head of People & Culture
Norwich, NR5

  • Part-time (between 3 – 4 days per week)
  • Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 per annum (pro rata, depending on experience)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a small but growing business as their People & Culture Lead. With a dedicated team of around 37 employees, the company is looking for a passionate and experienced HR professional to shape and deliver their people strategy while championing a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

The Role

Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of HR, from strategic planning to hands-on support, helping to ensure the business continues to be a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to implement and evolve the people and culture strategy
  • Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
  • Support performance management and succession planning activities
  • Review and update policies to ensure compliance and best practice
  • Lead engagement initiatives that reinforce company values and promote inclusion
  • Manage compensation, benefits and reward programmes
  • Provide trusted advice to managers on employee relations and wellbeing
  • Encourage continuous learning and professional growth across the business

 About You:

  • Experienced HR professional with strong generalist knowledge
  • CIPD qualified (Level 7 preferred) or qualified by experience
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and inspire
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working within a small, collaborative team
  • Passionate about building a values-led, people-first culture
