The Role

We are looking for an inspirational Headteacher who will lead by example, driving forward improvement and fostering a love of learning in our vibrant school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic direction and development of the school.
  • Be a role model of outstanding teaching and leadership.
  • Foster an inclusive environment where all children feel valued.
  • Support the spiritual and academic growth of staff and pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with the Trust and wider community.
  • Ensure effective use of resources to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies for school improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a visionary leader with a passion for Catholic education and a commitment to nurturing each child’s potential. About you:

  • Practicing Catholic committed to the mission of Catholic education.
  • Proven senior leadership experience in a primary school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic and financial planning abilities.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting well-being.
  • NPQH or equivalent qualification is desirable.
  • Experience working within a Trust or multi-school setting is desirable.
