The Role

We’re currently looking for an experienced Category C HGV Driver to join our Wokingham team. This role combines driving with warehouse support, offering variety and the opportunity to work within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and collect goods across London, the Home Counties, and beyond
Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles
Conduct safety and damage checks on vehicles
Accurately complete relevant delivery paperwork
Assist in warehouse operations: picking, packing, and forklift operation
Ensure compliance with FORS standards and safety procedures
Understand safe loading practices and manual handling (able to lift up to 25kg)
Receive deliveries, check documentation, and unload using a forklift as required
Communicate effectively and stay organised under pressure
Uphold a smart, professional appearance at all times

Full UK driving licence with Category C entitlement
Current CPC (Driver Qualification Card)
Digital Tacho card and knowledge of its use
Minimum age of 25 (for insurance purposes)
Good understanding of English (spoken and written)
Forklift experience (preferred but not essential)
Confidence driving in and around London
Excellent communication and organisation skills
