The Role

As Hotel Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a small but dedicated team to drive performance and customer satisfaction
Oversee the operations of the bars, cellars, function rooms, and bedroom accommodations
Manage staff rotas, ensuring efficient team scheduling and coverage
Work with kitchen staff to ensure the quality of food and service meets high standards
Monitor stock levels across the hotel to maintain smooth operations

Proven experience in a similar hotel management role
