HR Administrator
Tingley, WF3 1EJ – Hybrid/ Remote (Initial 3 month in person collaboration required)

  • Part time (minimum 3 days per week, flexible)

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven HR Administrator to join our consultancy team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in HR administration who’s looking to build a long-term career in HR, with exposure to a wide variety of clients and people-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full new starter process for clients (contracts, right to work checks, onboarding) 
  • Set up new employees on HR systems, primarily Breathe HR
  • Draft and update HR documentation (contracts, handbooks, offer letters, maternity, etc.)
  • Support consultants with disciplinaries, notetaking, and other employee relations processes
  • Maintain and update document templates and HR records
  • Monitor sickness, holidays, and HR system updates
  • Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback
  • Prepare training materials and support client meetings
  • Diary and email management, plus client communications
  • Occasionally attend networking events and assist with testimonials

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for someone passionate about HR with a proactive mindset and strong admin experience. About you:

  • Previous HR admin experience (ideally within a consultancy environment)
  • Comfortable using HR systems such as Breathe HR
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Professional, friendly, and adaptable
  • A confident communicator who can build trust with clients and teammates
  • Positive, “get stuck in” attitude
  • Respectful, reliable, and genuinely passionate about HR
