HR Administrator
Spilsby, Lincolnshire, PE23

  • Full time, permanent (Monday – Friday, 8 hours/day between 8am – 5pm)
  • £26,500 - £30,000 dependent on experience

The Role

Our HR Administrator will play an important role in supporting the whole management team and will report directly to the Finance Director. This is a new position, and you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our HR operations throughout all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining all personnel records while preserving GDPR
  • Onboarding and issuing new staff contracts
  • Supporting HR related queries from colleagues and providing guidance on policies and procedures
  • Support managers with employee relations matters, including absence management, one-to-ones, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling
  • Liaising with our external HR support company to receive guidance and ensure compliance in all HR matters
  • Coordinate training, development, and mandatory certifications to meet industry standards.
  • Maintaining the on-site time-keeping system
  • Compiling employee feedback for management review
  • Assisting with the recruitment process

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a motivated HR professional who is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be an excellent communicator who can build strong working relationships across all levels of the business.

  • Previous HR administration experience (CIPD Level 3 desirable but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent accuracy
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset
