The Role

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced IRS, Satellite, and AV Engineer to join their team. This field-based role requires flexibility and the ability to travel across the UK, with occasional overnight stays (all expenses covered). You’ll be responsible for installing and maintaining IRS, SMATV, MATV, and AV systems for high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and maintain IRS, Satellite, AV, SMATV, and MATV systems for various clients.
Ensure all jobs are completed to a high standard, on time, and cost-effectively.
Provide outstanding customer service to blue-chip clients like EE, Vodafone, Sky, and Travelodge.
Complete job paperwork accurately using IAuditor or client-specific forms.
Maintain and adhere to Company Quality and Health & Safety standards at all times.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and office staff.
Manage assistant engineers on-site.

Benefits:

OTE of up to £38,000.
20 days holiday, plus bank holidays.

Standard working hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Overtime paid for hours beyond 8.5 per day.

The Ideal Candidate:

Our client is looking for an individual who is flexible, customer-focused, and willing to go the extra mile. You should be someone who enjoys working independently and thrives in a dynamic environment. About you:

Knowledge of AV, IRS, SMATV, and MATV systems.
Experience with VSAT, IPTV, and Fibre systems is a plus.
A full, clean driving licence.
Health & Safety knowledge.
Comfortable working at heights (training provided).
Knowledge of IP and Routers is an advantage.
