The Role

We’re seeking an experienced, time-served landscaper to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will take on various landscaping projects and play an important role in helping us deliver exceptional work.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead landscaping days and carry out a wide range of tasks as directed by the project manager
Take ownership of various landscaping jobs and ensure timely and efficient completion
Support the management team in delivering projects within deadlines
Provide a high standard of landscaping work across diverse project types
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Take part in training to develop new skills and knowledge in niche landscaping areas

Proven experience in landscaping or a similar field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience in carrying out a wide range of landscaping tasks
Knowledge of health and safety procedures within landscaping
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
