The Role

As Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all maintenance activities across our plant, ensuring equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime. You will play a key role in developing maintenance strategies, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the maintenance and repair of all plant equipment and machinery.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
Lead, supervise, and support a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with the Production Manager to address maintenance needs and production goals.
Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment histories, and inventory levels.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager with strong technical skills and a leadership mindset. About you:

A degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic preferred) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a maintenance management role within a production/manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of automated plant operations and equipment maintenance.
Experience in the agricultural sector or a solid understanding of feed production.
In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
