Maintenance Team Leader
Field based in Northern England

  • Full time or part time available
  • Permanent position
  • £28,000 - £30,000 per annum pro rata

The Role

This role is dynamic, fast-paced, and rewarding, requiring a proactive leader who thrives on problem-solving, planning, and adapting to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling & Planning: Organise maintenance visits and weekly schedules to meet SLAs.
  • Quality Control: Inspect sites, provide feedback, and maintain high standards.
  • Stock Management: Manage plant replacements, liaise with suppliers, and optimise procurement.
  • Reporting: Create detailed performance reports for management and your team.
  • Team Leadership: Train, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Hands-On Support: Cover maintenance visits, ensure displays are maintained, submit accurate reports, and build client rapport.

The Ideal Candidate

A proactive, detail-oriented leader with a passion for horticulture and exceptional customer service. You’ll bring expertise, leadership, and outstanding interpersonal skills to elevate our team. About you:

  • Leadership/management experience.
  • Horticulture knowledge and experience.
  • Familiarity with industry products and tools.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and field service software.
