Marketing Account Manager
Hampshire, PO10 – Hybrid position

  • Full time, permanent, part time, 1 year maternity cover all considered
  • £27,000 - £33,000 dependent on experience

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and digitally focused Marketing Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years’ experience in marketing or account management who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships across a portfolio of exciting brands
  • Deliver marketing campaigns spanning digital, branding, PR, design, advertising, events, and social media
  • Oversee projects from strategy to execution, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and production teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Contribute fresh ideas, digital expertise, and creative solutions for client challenges

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a driven and collaborative professional who loves marketing and enjoys building strong client partnerships. About you:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing or account management
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge – SEO, PPC, content creation, CMS management
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Team player with creativity, initiative, and problem-solving ability
  • A clean manual driving licence is required
  • CIM qualifications or equivalent industry training are a bonus
  • A passion for all things marine would be perfect!
