Marketing and Sales Coordinator
Remote working

  • Full-time or part-time hours available (flexible for the right candidate)
  • Permanent position
  • £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience

This is a remote role working from home with occasional travel to team meetings so anywhere in Hampshire and Dorset within 1 hour travel from Southampton would be suitable.

What do we do?

Olympic Gymnasium Services supply and install sports and PE equipment in school gyms, and sports halls and carry out safety inspections, maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment of PE equipment.

What is the role?

As a Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and perform crucial duties to drive and deliver sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise and publish engaging website content
  • Create and develop the company’s social media channels
  • Create and implement strategies to improve our online presence
  • Create and distribute mailshots and other marketing material
  • Maximise sales opportunities by ensuring customers are given options for all company products and services
  • Process orders and manage emails and phone calls
  • Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth operations
