Marketing Manager - CRM
Bath, BA2 – Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)

  • Full time, permanent (40 hours per week)
  • £44,000 - £55,000 per annum

About The Client

We’re on a mission to transform connectivity across the South West with our ultrafast, fullfibre broadband. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a talented expert to take ownership of our Direct Marketing and CRM strategy and help us achieve ambitious growth.

The Role

In this role, you’ll take the lead in planning, executing, and optimising CRM strategy and campaigns across multiple Direct Marketing channels. You’ll play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while ensuring our customer contact activities directly support our commercial goals. You will work alongside our Sales, Customer Contact and Digital teams to maximise growth.

This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of CRM system operations, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate should expect to spend 2-3 days a week in Bath HQ office and occasionally travel to operating regions/markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deploy Prospect & Customer Lifecycle Contact strategy
  • Build, deploy and track Direct Marketing and CRM campaigns on Hubspot platform (Experience of HubSpot or similar CRM platforms would be highly desirable)
  • Innovate and develop Customer Lifetime Management practices through direct marketing channels covering targeting, acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention
  • Use data and analytics to target, test, and optimise campaigns to increase conversions and engagement
  • Support growth initiatives like referral schemes and partnerships and work to incorporate them into customer lifecycle management strategy

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Direct Marketing and CRM (B2C/ D2C/ Subscriptions) Platforms
  • Strong, demonstrable, and hands-on CRM skills with knowledge of building & deploying campaigns (HubSpot or similar platform expertise preferred)
  • Proven success in achieving customer growth goals through campaign optimisation and data-driven insights
  • Confident with extracting insights through analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and articulating strategy/ execution plans on Powerpoint/ Word
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
  • Previous experience in Subscriptions and/or B2C telecoms/ broadband environments would be an advantage
