The Role

As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll play a key role in providing expert mortgage advice to clients across a range of situations. You’ll work closely with clients to assess their needs, recommend the best mortgage solutions, and provide ongoing support throughout the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing expert mortgage advice to clients across a range of mortgage products
Assessing clients’ financial situations and recommending suitable mortgage solutions
Delivering a high level of customer service, ensuring clients are supported throughout the process
Staying up-to-date with the latest mortgage products, regulations, and industry trends
Managing a busy caseload, prioritising tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and lenders

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a motivated and professional Mortgage Advisor who is dedicated to providing exceptional service. If you have a good understanding of the mortgage market and thrive in a client-facing role, you’ll be an ideal fit for our team. About you:

CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
Strong experience in the mortgage advice industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive approach to client relationships and problem-solving
A sound understanding of financial products and regulations
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond
