Our client is looking for a Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join their team working across the Liverpool & Warrington area, carrying out a range of duties including tiling, plumbing joinery, drylining, screeding,  Plastering and wet rooms.

Depending on your skill set and level of experience, you can earn a competitive salary from £33,500 (£16ph) upwards. Apply today!

Multi Skilled Technician
Working between Liverpool and Warrington

• Full time, permanent (Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm)
• £33,500 (£16 p/h) upwards dependent on experience + paid overtime
• Full driving licence is required

Our client is a contractor that specialises in the social housing sector, providing void work and planned maintenance to domestic properties in Liverpool and the surrounding areas. They are currently seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join their growing team.

The Role

This is a hands-on, varied role for an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesperson to carry out a wide range of tasks in domestic housing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out various tasks including tiling, plumbing, joinery, drylining, screeding, plastering
• Bathroom and kitchen renewals
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard within given timeframes

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a similar multi-trade role
• Proven skills in wet room installations
• Proficient in tiling, plumbing, joinery, and plastering
• Full bathroom refurbishment experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and customer service skills
