About the role:

As the Electrical Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind electrical projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This is a key role where you will oversee everything from regulatory compliance to project management!

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact with NICEIC, managing all notifications, inspections, and audits
Ensure compliance with BS 7671, PAS 63100, and Building Regulations (Part P)
Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources
Conduct site surveys, advise customers on alternative energy solutions, and handle quotations and queries
Recruit, train, and manage a team of electricians, conducting performance evaluations
Manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines
Implement quality control processes, conducting inspections and addressing non-conformities
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting briefings and investigating incidents
Maintain accurate project documentation, preparing reports and staying updated on industry trends

About you:

Requirements:

Proven experience in electrical project management
In-depth knowledge of NICEIC regulations, BS 7671, PAS 63100, and Building Regulations (Part P)

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
