The Role

As a Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in supporting our mortgage advisers by conducting research, liaising with lenders, and ensuring smooth application processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis for mortgage advisers based on client needs
• Communicate with lenders to understand criteria and product options
• Assist in the preparation and submission of mortgage applications via lender portals
• Support advisers in delivering tailored solutions to clients
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and mortgage products
• Provide administrative support as required

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with experience in financial services. You will have:

• Previous financial services experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to work well within a team and independently
• Keen interest in progressing into a Mortgage Adviser role
• Experience with lender portals (desirable)
