A respected Manchester law firm with a strong reputation in personal injury and civil litigation is seeking a talented Personal Injury Solicitor to join its growing team. The Role

You’ll manage your own caseload of personal injury claims from start to finish, liaising with clients, medical experts, and insurers, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements. The caseload includes RTA, public liability, and employer’s liability claims, providing exposure to varied and interesting work within an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of personal injury files
  • Draft pleadings, witness statements, and court documents
  • Conduct negotiations and settlement discussions
  • Provide practical and clear legal advice
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure compliance with CPR

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll be an organised, proactive solicitor with a passion for delivering outstanding client care and achieving the best results. About you:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years PQE
  • Experience handling personal injury claims independently
  • Strong knowledge of CPR and pre-action protocols
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Team player with strong attention to detail
