Our operations primarily focus within a 30-mile radius, ensuring top-tier service delivery.

About the role:

We are looking for motivated and skilled Events and Audio Visual Technicians to join our team. Whether you’re starting your career or are an experienced professional, you’ll find a welcoming environment where you can grow and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver AV equipment for events
Set up and operate audio, visual, and lighting equipment for live events
Create quotations and orders based on client requirements
Collaborate with clients to ensure high standards and satisfaction
Manage logistics, layout, and wiring diagrams for event setups
Work closely with the warehouse team to maintain and prepare equipment
Provide technical support during events, troubleshooting issues as they arise
Contribute to team improvement and training initiatives

Our Ideal Candidate:

We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic professional with a passion for AV technology and live events. You will have:

1-5 years’ experience in AV, sound, and lighting (varies with salary tier)
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AV setups
Excellent interpersonal and client interaction skills
Comfortable using relevant software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Vmix)
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Detail-orientated approaches with strong troubleshooting abilities
Ability to adapt to varying schedules, including early starts and late finishes
Clean UK driving license
