The Role

As a Project Manager (HVAC), you’ll oversee air conditioning projects from concept to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple HVAC projects simultaneously from planning to handover
Coordinate with design, installation, and service departments
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources
Maintain strong client and supplier relationships
Conduct site visits and ensure adherence to health and safety standards
Oversee quality assurance and project documentation

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment. About you:

Proven experience managing HVAC or building services projects
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership abilities
Technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and processes
A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering, building services, or project management (preferred)
A full UK driving licence
