Our client is a specialist provider of air conditioning and mechanical services, delivering high-quality design, installation, and maintenance solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential clients.

The Role

As a Project Manager (HVAC), you’ll oversee air conditioning projects from concept to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple HVAC projects simultaneously from planning to handover
  • Coordinate with design, installation, and service departments
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Maintain strong client and supplier relationships
  • Conduct site visits and ensure adherence to health and safety standards
  • Oversee quality assurance and project documentation

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment. About you:

  • Proven experience managing HVAC or building services projects
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and processes
  • A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering, building services, or project management (preferred)
  • A full UK driving licence
