Our client is a well-established and respected commercial property company based in Banbury, specialising in short-term and charity lettings across the UK.

The Role

As a Property Administrator, you will play a key part in supporting lettings operations and ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, copying and filing documentation for property lettings
  • Assisting with the smooth running of existing charity lettings
  • Liaising with clients and charities regarding property needs
  • Coordinating with landlords, agents, and management companies to arrange access for logistics and viewings
  • Ensuring all paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and on time
  • Chasing completed documents for filing and record-keeping
  • Communicating with local authorities on business rating matters

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident telephone manner and professional approach

  • Competent using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A clean driving licence is advantageous but not essential
