Product QC & Production Administrator
Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX17

  • Part time, permanent (25 hours per week, Monday – Friday, flexibility on number of hours per day)

The Role

As a Product QC & Production Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the quality and accuracy of feed products and raw materials. Working closely with production teams, you’ll carry out quality control tests, maintain tidy laboratory conditions, and support operational efficiency across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management
  • General Admin Support
  • Perform QC tests on products and raw materials in line with company procedures
  • Monitor the Laboratory Inbox and Weighbridge system
  • Collect samples for Salmonella testing as required
  • Check the condition of stored products and raw materials
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised laboratory environment
  • Oversee bay rotation in the finished product barn
  • Provide cover for the Weighbridge Operator when needed
  • Liaise with external laboratories and colleagues to support quality processes
  • Any other duties as required

  • Strong organisational and tidy work ethic
  • Good understanding of English and basic maths
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
  • Previous experience in Quality Control is beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and willing to support colleagues when required
