The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects. You’ll manage all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning to construction completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in due diligence, viability assessments, and cost estimations.
Coordinate project design, development programs, and planning submissions.
Manage consultant teams and pre-construction processes.
Oversee tendering processes and contractor appointments.
Monitor construction progress, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements.
Assist in financial reporting and cost management.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
