In-house / Internal Recruitment Administrator
Horsforth, Leeds, LS18

This is a varied and dynamic role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to multiple aspects of the recruitment process.

About the Role:

As a pivotal member of our in-house recruitment team, you will be supporting the team across a range of tasks and responsibilities, from candidate sourcing and administrative tasks to writing compelling job adverts and interviewing candidates.

Flat Fee Recruiter provides a unique in-house / outsource recruitment model which helps a vast range of companies nail their hiring strategies and processes, in an efficient, cost effective way. 

Working closely with our In-House Recruiter, you will use your understanding of the client’s hiring objectives to help deliver an efficient, first-class, outsourced recruitment service, whilst also ensuring a positive recruitment journey for their candidates.

About You:

Ideally you will have some experience in recruitment. You may already be an administrator, resourcer, co-ordinator or internal recruiter.

This is NOT a sales role, but you will be building relationships with hiring companies and involved with the candidate process, so good communication, a confident personality and a friendly approach is vital.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of written English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle & prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, Teams, OneDrive, Google Drive, and CRM systems.
  • Previous experience of HubSpot is an advantage.
