  • Full time, permanent (40 hours per week)
  • £40,000 (rising to £45,000 after 6 month probation)

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards and our organisation’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with CQC, local authority, and internal quality standards
  • Lead, coach and develop care teams through effective delegation and supervision
  • Conduct service audits, performance reviews, and quality checks
  • Promote equality, diversity, and advocacy across all service areas
  • Collaborate with local professionals and maintain excellent working relationships
  • Ensure the safety, dignity, and independence of every individual supported
  • Handle referrals, assessments, transitions, and void management
  • Drive continuous improvement through the Service Improvement Plan
  • Maintain accurate and professional communication and documentation
  • Safeguard data in line with GDPR and internal policies

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a confident, knowledgeable, and compassionate leader with a passion for person-centred care and the drive to deliver excellence in supported living environments. About you:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience in a care setting
  • Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond under pressure
  • Dedication to safeguarding and empowering vulnerable individuals
