Regulatory Administration Assistant
Yeadon, West Yorkshire (30 minutes from Leeds City Centre)

  • Full time, permanent (predominantly office based)
  • £25,000 - £27,000 per annum dependent on experience

The Role

We’re looking for a bright, enthusiastic Regulatory Administration Assistant to join our dedicated Regulatory and Commercial teams. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a highly regarded area of work while supporting an expanding business in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Support

  • Organise and maintain filing systems via SharePoint
  • Coordinate diaries, plan meetings, and follow up on actions
  • Conduct research into regulatory/governance requirements
  • Create clear summaries of complex technical information
  • Liaise with the Sales team to support and triage regulatory queries
  • Assist the Regulatory team with broader regulatory tasks

Commercial and Business Support

  • Arrange document signatures (e.g. using DocuSign)
  • Support follow-up actions after new customer contracts
  • Assist in creating confidentiality agreements
  • Help collate data for sustainability accreditations (e.g. Eco Vadis)
  • Provide support for travel and event planning
  • Offer general office support as needed

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with SharePoint (preferred)
