About the Role:

As a Sales Administrator, you'll be the main point of contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and coordinating deliveries. Your organisational skills and teamwork will be crucial in maintaining high-quality customer service and meeting our service level expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process orders via email or phone
Ensure data accuracy and completeness
Communicate with clients to gather missing information or address queries
Collaborate with Logistics for timely deliveries
Maintain and update sales and customer records

Working Hours:

8am to 5pm Mondays - Thursdays
8am to 3pm Fridays

Ideal Candidate:

Are you goal-oriented, organised, and thrive in a team environment? We're looking for someone with:

Work experience in sales administration or support
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with SAGE is a plus (training provided)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Dedication to teamwork and meeting deadlines
