The Role

We’re excited to invite you to join our vibrant sales team as a Sales Administrator! This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting our customers while gaining valuable skills and contributing to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of customer welcome calls within SLA.
  • Proactively gather missing or incomplete information from customers.
  • Manage and set clear expectations for customer installations.
  • Facilitate communication between Field Sales and Operations teams.
  • Support Customer Success Managers with administrative tasks.
  • Verify sales documentation and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct broadband checks for all deals.
  • Address customer inquiries related to your responsibilities.
  • Perform additional ad hoc tasks as required.
