The Role

This entry-level Sales Advisor position is perfect for energetic, people-focused individuals who are keen to break into the sales industry. You’ll be working directly with customers in and around Sheffield City Centre, offering tailored solutions and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage face-to-face with customers to promote products and services
  • Handle customer enquiries and deliver personalised recommendations
  • Learn and apply core sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Participate in regular skills workshops and training sessions
  • Work toward personal and team KPIs and targets
  • Gain experience in business operations including product knowledge and customer psychology
