The Role

As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you’ll represent our clients directly in public spaces, engage with customers face-to-face, and learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage with potential customers in a face-to-face setting in and around Sheffield
Manage customer enquiries, build strong client relationships, and provide product or service information
Take part in training workshops, skills development, and coaching
Set and meet weekly personal and team targets and KPIs to foster professional growth
Learn essential business functions including: customer psychology, product knowledge, and basic sales techniques

Following this, candidates will progress towards a management position by developing skills in the areas of:

Public speaking
