Sales Coordinator
Telford, TF1 6QJ – Hybrid working available after probation

  • Full time, permanent position
  • £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

The role:

The Sales Co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring high standards of appointment quality. This role involves controlling, monitoring, and reporting on the quality of calls and appointments booked by the Telesales Team. The successful candidate will also confirm each appointment with customers and gather feedback from Sales Consultants after each completed appointment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen outbound calls by the Telesales team to ensure appointment qualification
  • Organise, coordinate, and plan routes for all Sales Consultants' schedules
  • Process and approve documentation for booked appointments and input qualified appointments into the CRM system
  • Confirm appointment details with customers beforehand
  • Hold weekly meetings with the Telesales Manager to review call quality and team performance
  • Measure the quality of appointments and obtain feedback
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the Telesales Manager on areas for improvement and coaching
  • Assist the Sales Department with additional tasks as needed


Who we’re looking for:

  • Telecommunications experience and VOIP knowledge beneficial, but not essential
  • Diary coordination and route planning experience desirable
  • Confident, proactive self-starter who can question and challenge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers, team members, and stakeholders
  • Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
  • Adaptable to a busy, dynamic environment and changing priorities
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Positive attitude and discipline
  • Willingness to learn new skills and assist as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM systems
