Account Management Executive
Redhill, Surrey (Office-based)

  • Full-time, Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm)
  • Permanent position
  • £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

nTrust Systems is an established and growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Redhill, Surrey. We specialise in delivering secure, forward-thinking IT solutions, including AI productivity tools, AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cyber security frameworks such as IASME Cyber Essentials, and HaloPSA-powered service excellence.

The Role

This Account Management Executive role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships. You will focus on managing and developing existing client accounts, keeping them engaged and supported while identifying opportunities to grow services over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing IT and managed service accounts
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication and account reviews
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across AI, cloud and cyber security services
  • Support contract renewals and ensure high client retention
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for your accounts
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions
  • Present proposals and recommendations aligned to client business goals
  • Attend client meetings (full UK driving licence required)

The Ideal Candidate:

Ideally, you will have around two years’ experience in IT sales or technology sales, but we are also open to applicants with less experience who can demonstrate strong potential, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn through our training programme.

  • Ideally 2 years’ experience in IT sales, tech sales or managed services
  • Training and development available for the right candidate
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Interest in AI tools, AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity
  • Commercially aware with a consultative approach
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Eagerness to progress into a Senior Account Manager role
