Sales Progressor / Operations
Leigh on Sea, SS9 1AE – Office-Based Position

  • Full time, Permanent
  • £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

About the Role:

Our client seeks a dedicated Sales Progressor/Operations Specialist. You will manage sales progression and provide pre-purchase support. Your detail orientation and communication skills will ensure smooth property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Progression:

  • Efficiently manage sales progression
  • Update buyers and sellers on their transaction status
  • Record all updates in the property CRM (Alto)
  • Assist the Head of Sales as needed


  • Support the sales team in property purchases
  • Request and chase valuations
  • Provide basic legal advice and liaise with solicitors
  • Check property titles and advise on irregularities
  • Update costings sheets and organise RICS surveys
  • Produce documentation for finance companies
  • Liaise with vendors and solicitors to progress sales
  • Organize building insurance and locksmith services


  • Maintain property costing sheets
  • Ensure properties are registered correctly
  • Provide finance updates
  • Coordinate remortgages and renew insurance policies

Sales Following Purchase:

  • Progress property sales smoothly and quickly
  • Assist with conveyancing and respond to legal inquiries
  • Provide buyer updates and manage sale documentation

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a proactive, organized professional with strong communication skills who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Attributes:

  • Experience in sales progression or property management
  • Familiarity with property CRM systems (e.g., Alto)
  • Basic legal knowledge related to property transactions
  • Strong coordination and liaison skills
  • Excellent documentation and spreadsheet management
  • Problem-solving ability under pressure
