The Role

As a Sales Support Assistant, you’ll be central to the smooth running of our sales operations, supporting both our internal team and valued clients. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone looking to launch their career in sales support, account management, or the software sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide admin support across the full sales process, reporting to the Managing Director
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and presentations
Keep CRM (HubSpot) records up-to-date and accurate
Coordinate client calls, demos, and internal meetings
Engage with prospects and customers professionally and promptly
Maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities and boost satisfaction
Produce sales reports to assist business decision-making
Offer ad-hoc admin support across the business

Recent graduate or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot (training provided)
Interest in the construction, architecture, or IT sectors is a bonus
