Job description – SEO and Digital Marketing Executive
Pat Robson & Co is one of the leading Estate and Letting Agents in the Newcastle-upon-Tyne area and we have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding marketing team.
With over 25 years in the North East Property Industry, Pat Robson & Co Limited cover all areas of residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management, and we take pride in our local knowledge, in depth property market experience and personal service.
The ideal candidate will have the relevant experience across multiple social media platforms, a very good understanding of SEO management and comprehensive experience of using software for marketing purposes and videography. Experience of paid ads such as Google Adwords would be beneficial for this role.
Knowledge of the property industry is desirable, however not essential as full training will be provided.
A driving licence is essential for this role. The use of your own vehicle is desirable, however a company vehicle can be provided for any appointments.
The main responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Executing and managing engaging content across a range of print and digital channels such as: social media, video, blog, email, web and various written content
- Conduct page optimisation for search engine marketing
- Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools
- Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery and optimisation for new SEO keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materials
- Change website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
- Conduct Keyword research against competitor and customer searches
- Generate reports and analysis of SEO campaigns
- Implementing a multi-channel content strategy in-line with the business objectives and marketing activity
- Design and execute marketing campaigns
- Identifying business partnerships with relevant businesses to increase company profile
- B2B relationship building – including Universities and any other ongoing sponsorships
- Developing a strong awareness and knowledge of the current market, including competitors, within the property sector
- Working closely with the senior management team on content creation and strategy, and analysing the content performance in order to optimise and improve
- Ability to interpret marketing and social media data and analytics, producing and presenting analytical reports on social media engagement, paid adverts, SEO performance and departmental progress
- Manage and attend company events
- Oversee company publications
- Monitor industry news and keep abreast with any changes in legislation
To be considered for this role you will need:
- A degree or equivalent in a similar subject
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience developing content that increases engagement
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, other social media channels
- Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Experiencing of planning, delivering and publishing optimised SEO content
Salary: up to £34,000 per annum depending on experience
