Service Delivery Coordinator
Coventry Head Office or Shepshed Office

  • Full time, permanent position (42.5 hours per week)

Clients range from SMEs through to FTSE100 companies, and cover systems such as Fire Alarms, Fire Extinguishers, Access Control, CCTV and Nurse Call systems.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised coordinator who thrives on building strong relationships and ensuring service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for customers, creating schedules of work, arranging and coordinating planned and reactive visits
  • Allocate work to engineers and contractors, ensuring they have the resources, schedules, materials and H&S documentation needed
  • Track and report on job progress using the Service Management system
  • Process engineer reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely follow-up
  • Raise and submit invoices with attention to accuracy and fairness
  • Assist with remedial quotations and support the Compliance Team as required
  • Build strong customer relationships, attending meetings (face-to-face or virtual) where needed
  • Respond to calls, emails, and communication channels professionally
  • Provide management reports to the Service Delivery Manager
  • Deliver general administration and support as needed

We are looking for a confident and motivated professional with excellent organisational and communication skills, who enjoys working with both people and systems. About you:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive, positive, and adaptable approach
  • Confidence in decision-making with the willingness to seek support when needed
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • IT literacy, particularly in Excel, Outlook, and Word
