Are you an experienced Site Manager ready for your next challenge? Our client is looking for a motivated leader to take ownership of a site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional service delivery, and continuous improvement across the cleaning management.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and takes pride in delivering high standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading by example and promoting a culture of professionalism and excellence
  • Acting as the key point of contact between clients, service partners, and on-site teams
  • Overseeing and monitoring service delivery standards, ensuring agreements and performance measures are consistently met
  • Managing suppliers and contractors to guarantee smooth, cost-effective operations
  • Keeping on top of budgets, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to deliver outstanding results
  • Managing staff performance, training, and HR processes to create a motivated and effective team
  • Responding promptly to emergencies or unexpected issues as they arise

  • Proven background in facilities management or site operations
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Confident communicator who can develop excellent client relationships
  • Good understanding of compliance, health & safety, and service level monitoring
  • Ability to problem-solve and think proactively to keep everything running smoothly
