About the Role:

As their new Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage various aspects of the business, from client relations to team oversight, contributing to their goal of providing exceptional care to their patients.

The Ideal Candidate must have:

  • 3+ years of Clinic Management experience in the aesthetics industry.
  • Experience in a CQC (Care Quality Commission) environment.
  • Clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
  • Must have NVQ Level 3/4 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to work towards and achieve KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Sales management experience, ensuring targets are consistently met.
  • Project management experience with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Expertise in CQC and clinical governance.
  • Proficiency in stock management.
  • Overseeing clinic operations, including budget management, billing systems, and inventory.
  • Supervising the procurement, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism, adhere to ethical guidelines, and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Ability to set and achieve revenue targets and manage daily operations
  • Proficient in generating and analysing business reports
