Salary: £12.21 per hour + excellent enhanced sleep-in rate + overtime available

Key responsibilities:

Support individuals with personal care and daily living tasks
Encourage wellbeing through activities like yoga, art, community outings, and day trips

Build meaningful relationships and promote independence
Follow individual care plans and record accurate updates
Work as part of a 24/7 rota, including evenings and weekends
