Hours: Full-time
Salary: £12.21 per hour + excellent enhanced sleep-in rate + overtime available

About the role:

Key responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with personal care and daily living tasks

  • Encourage wellbeing through activities like yoga, art, community outings, and day trips

  • Join in on exciting group travel including holidays abroad and “fun bus” adventures

  • Build meaningful relationships and promote independence

  • Follow individual care plans and record accurate updates

  • Work as part of a 24/7 rota, including evenings and weekends
