£38,000 – £40,000 per annum

About the role:

As a Night Shift Team Leader, you will be at the heart of operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production throughout the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a night shift team in our production facility
Oversee the operation of injection moulding, labelling, and capping machinery
Ensure that production targets are met promptly
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the shift
Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Maintain health and safety standards throughout the production process

The ideal candidate:

The successful applicant will be a strong leader with a knack for problem-solving. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and can keep your team motivated and on track. You will have:

Proven leadership skills, with experience managing small teams
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical acumen
Experience in machine setting, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Full training will given for the processing equipment on site.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet production deadlines
Knowledge of injection moulding or packaging machinery is an advantage
