£25,000 - £26,000 per annum

The Role

As a Trainee Sales Manager, you’ll step into an exciting early leadership position combining sales, marketing, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive hands-on training in sales, leadership, and client relationship management
Support the creation and delivery of sales and marketing campaigns
Assist with client onboarding and maintain exceptional service standards
Represent the business at networking and partnership events
Mentor and guide junior team members as your leadership skills develop
Contribute fresh ideas to improve brand consistency and sales performance
