What you will be doing:

You will be part of our growing telesales team, reaching out to businesses across the UK and booking high quality appointments for our field sales team. There is a mix of warm and cold leads, so while there’s some hustle involved, you will have access to solid data through our CRM. It’s about having real conversations, spotting opportunities, and creating value, not just dialling for the sake of it.

This is all about energy, personality, and persistence. If you can talk confidently, listen well, and enjoy the buzz of hitting targets, you’ll thrive here.

Your role will involve:

  • Speaking to business customers and qualifying opportunities
  • Booking appointments for our field sales team
  • Understanding customer requirements and matching them with the right solutions
  • Building and managing your own pipeline, with regular follow ups to maximise opportunities
  • Delivering against agreed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Using our CRM to target key customers in line with our sales strategy

Who we are looking for:

  • Someone with great communication skills and a positive, confident phone manner
  • Motivated, target-driven, and hungry to earn and learn!
  • Experience in telesales or appointment setting? Great, but not essential
  • Able to build rapport quickly and think on your feet
  • Resilient, enthusiastic and eager to progress
  • Comfortable using basic IT systems and CRM’s
