Training Coordinator and Operations Assistant
Leeds or London (Hybrid)

We deliver world-class training in presenting and storytelling - both in-person and virtually - to major global clients, including household names. Now, we’re looking for a Training Coordinator & Operations Assistant to help us manage our training sessions and support our finance and operations team.

The Role

We need someone who thrives on organisation and enjoys working closely with people. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for training bookings and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our training inbox – handle client queries promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule training sessions – liaise with clients and our team to book training and arrange travel where necessary.
  • Diary management – keep calendars up-to-date and ensure seamless coordination.
  • Office administration – assist with IT coordination and general admin tasks.
