The Role

As our Videographer / Content Creator, you’ll play a vital role in visually capturing the compelling stories behind each case. Your work will be central in delivering the narratives uncovered by our researchers and writers, bringing them to life for our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute video shoots, including setup of lighting, audio, and camera equipment
Operate video equipment to capture high-quality footage, including interviews and b-roll
Collaborate with researchers and writers to develop and produce engaging video content
Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software
Maintain video equipment and manage media assets
Ensure all video content adheres to copyright and legal standards

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a skilled and imaginative professional with a passion for storytelling through video. You’ll have:

Proven experience as a videographer or similar role
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio setup
A creative mindset with an eye for detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A degree or diploma in Media, Film Production, or a related field (preferred)
