Healthwatch Bath & North East Somerset is part of TCF, a charity dedicated to building socially inclusive communities. Through regional Healthwatch services, Resettlement projects, and Lived Experience initiatives, we empower individuals to have a voice in the services they use.
The Role
As the Volunteer and Engagement Officer (co-production), you will recruit, train, and support a diverse group of core volunteers to help deliver a proactive Healthwatch service. You will lead community-focused engagement activities, listening events, and collaborative work with community groups to ensure our vision is realised.
