The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our warehouse team and associated operations. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and efficient allocation, storage, and handling of our AV equipment. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for leading a team, maintaining high standards of organisation, and ensuring operational excellence within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the warehouse team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
Train and onboard team members to maintain high performance and safety standards.
Accurately allocate equipment to project lists based on project managers’ requirements.
Supervise the thorough checking in and out of equipment.
Prioritise job preparation and returns to optimise team efficiency and storage space.
Oversee the safe and accurate loading and unloading of vehicles.
Organise and manage the storage of equipment to maximise safety and efficiency.
Ensure the warehouse complies with company policies and health and safety regulations.
Use Current RMS software for operational tasks (experience preferred but not essential).

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive individual who thrives in a leadership role and has a hands-on approach to problem-solving. About you:

Proven experience in leading a team, preferably within the AV or a similar industry.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Flexi forklift licence/experience (desirable).
Familiarity with Current RMS software (preferred but not essential).
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure.
