• Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (plus overtime at enhanced rate)
• £12 - £16 per hour

About the Role

As a CNC Programmer/Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process. The CNC machine is the initial stage for most of our projects, and your expertise will be instrumental in keeping our schedules on track. Key responsibilities include:

• Programming, setting up, operating, and controlling the CNC machine
• Programming updates and new components
• Loading and unloading machines
• Changing tooling
• Adhering to production plans and technical drawings
• Performing quality checks on items produced to ensure conformance to specification

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who meets the following criteria:

• Minimum of two years' experience in CNC programming
• Previous experience within a joinery/furniture manufacturing environment
• Accurate and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust to business needs
• Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an advantage
