Life is a UK-based charity dedicated to supporting individuals through pregnancy and pregnancy loss. Each year, our services empower over 45,000 people to face these challenges with courage and dignity, enabling them to flourish.

Our Services

We offer a range of free services including emotional support, counselling, and skilled listening via phone, text, email, or in person. Across the country, we provide housing and community support for mums and their babies, distribute free pregnancy tests and baby supplies, and create educational content about pregnancy and pregnancy loss.

Our Impact

In 2022, Life supported 45,000 individuals facing pregnancy or pregnancy loss. Monthly, we provide emotional and practical assistance to 500-1,000 people. We have housed over 12,000 mums and babies and currently support approximately 200 in our 19 Life Houses. Our educational presentations have reached over 1.25 million people, and more than 1,000 individuals request free pregnancy tests from us each month. Our work is bolstered by the collective efforts of tens of thousands of volunteers, supporters, and donors, all committed to ensuring that no one faces pregnancy or pregnancy loss alone.
