Jointly hosted by Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service and Nottinghamshire Police, we are looking for an outstanding team player who can work well across partners to deliver support to the LRF.

Grade 4: £30,559 - £32,645 (depending on experience)
On-call allowance: £4,673 per annum

The Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Local Resilience Forum (LRF) works to enhance community resilience through collaborative efforts. Jointly hosted by Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service and Nottinghamshire Police, the LRF team supports Category 1 and 2 responders and communities with expert Civil Contingencies advice. The Role

As an LRF Support Officer, you'll provide critical administrative and coordination support across the LRF team.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service to staff, partners, and the public.
Arrange, facilitate, and minute LRF Executive and Resilience Working Group meetings.
Provide flexible administrative support, including diary management and event coordination.
Manage comprehensive electronic and paper-based filing systems.
Be on-call to support Tactical Coordination Groups (TCG) or Strategic Coordination Groups (SCG) during incidents.
Maintain accurate records and assist in creating internal reference guides.
Support the development of innovative systems and processes.
